ROOKIE boxer Aaron Chapman won the Western Counties Schoolboy Championships at 36-38kg when he fought at the area finals in Bristol last weekend.

Paignton ABC boxer Chapman, who is 13 and attends Torquay Community College, was given a walkover into the final of the 1999 class, where he met Simon Cross from Downend ABC.
