Ah yes, Valentine’s Night on Paignton Harbour!
Mayor Gordon Oliver said that he was optimistic about Torbay's future. He must have had Valentine's Day on Paignton Harbour in mind! Throughout the day bright sunshine washed over the harbour bringing back that lovely tingly feeling for the first time in 2013. If our mayor is right then perhaps 2013 will have the English Riviera washed in wall to wall sunshine for the first time in ages.

As Valentine's Night arrived colourful lights bounced off the rising tide and romantic music filled the air. There is a restaurant on the harbour with a balcony and looking up at romantic diners plus the scent of tapas cooking had lovers queuing at the door!
