Appeal for phone dropped in Torquay Road by Paignton teenager
POLICE have appealed for information after two youths took a mobile phone dropped by the owner.
A spokesman said: "At 12.15pm on Monday, February 18 a schoolboy was walking along Torquay Road in Paignton. As he passed Sainsbury's his mobile phone fell out of his hoody.
"Two teenagers aged about 14 or 15 that were following him on bikes picked up the mobile phone and cycled off."
