BREAKING NEWS: Torquay-Newton Abbot back road reopens
THE St Marychurch Road at Milber, used as a 'back road' linking Newton Abbot and Torquay, was open to traffic again after having been closed in both directions from around 8.30am today.
There were reports of an accident at the Newtake Rise junction.

The road was reported to be open again at around 9.45am.
