Bikers ride for the Air Ambulance
BENEVOLENT bikers got revved up to raise hundreds of pounds for the Devon Air Ambulance Trust.
A record 800-plus motorcyclists travelled from across the South West to take part in the trust's annual ride-out.

They met up in Moretonhampstead before heading for Paignton Green, where there was live music.
Caroline Creer, the trust's fundraising director, said: "Yet again our fantastic motorbike supporters have turned out in force to help the charity and have a great day out.
"We're delighted to say that we had a record number of entries this year, with around 800 bikes riding into Paignton Green, and they stayed to enjoy live music from local bands Thick As Thieves and the Grumpy Old Gits, together with trade stands and refreshments.
"All the bikes were automatically entered into the Best in Show competition, but we also had other showing classes, including Best British Bike, Best Classic Bike, and Best Modern Bike.
"We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who came along, our marshals and the people and sponsors without whom the event would not have been possible."
