Builder will stand trial
A BUILDER has appeared in court charged with making false statements while being a bankrupt.
Brian Kerr, 55, of Orchard Terrace in Abbotskerswell, will stand trial after pleading not guilty to two offences contrary to the Insolvency Act 1986.

He denied that being a bankrupt, he failed to disclose that he was known by name of Donald Kerr.
He also denied failing to disclose he was employed and paid wages by GKR Maintenance and Building Company Limited.
