Building award for Teignbridge housing development
A Teignbridge development has won a Local Authority award for Building Excellence.
Totnes based Coyde Construction scooped the prize for the best Social or Affordable Housing Development in the South West Building Excellence Awards for Tremlett Grove, A development of 10 affordable homes in Tedburn St Mary.

Cllr Philip Vogel, Teignbridge Council Portfolio Holder for Housing and Planning said: "This award is testament to the quality of a local development, demonstrating just how important good, well thought out design is. We have an important role to play through our Building Control team, providing advice, assistance, and making sure developments meet stringent quality standards. It’s a great example of partnership working from concept through design to completion and occupation.
