Bumper crop of food for homeless charity
A BUMPER crop of food donations was collected by Trinity School, Teignmouth, for a homeless charity as part of its harvest festival assembly.
Homeless in Teignbridge Support will use the items to help stock up its foodbank, which sees volunteers providing the items to vulnerable families as well as the homeless.

Chairman of HITS, David Cox, who is also a district councillor, was delighted to receive the goods.
"On behalf of the charity trustees, I would like to say a very big thank you to all the students and parents for the tremendous generosity," he said. "The large food donations will go to helping people in crisis. I'd particularly like to thank the year eight students who organised the harvest festival and used it to help those in need."
