Businessman standing trial
A TORQUAY businessman will stand trial accused of managing a company while being an undischarged bankrupt.
Rodney Major, 58, of St Luke's Road North, denied the single charge when he appeared at Exeter Crown Court.
He is accused of acting in contravention of a disqualification between February, 2008, and July, 2010, by taking part in the management of the firm TBX1.
He will stand trial on March 20 next year.
