A TEENAGER was arrested carrying two 'huge knives' in Brixham on the night of the trawler race.
Now police have released this CCTV image and investigating officers want to hear from the men in the picture who may have been victims or witnesses of an attack after a 15-minute midnight brawl through the centre of the fishing port in Fore Street.

CCTV: Police have released this image of a group of men who may have witnessed an incident in Fore Street, Brixham, particularly the man circled who may have been a victim
PC Matt Brett said: "The whole incident started at about midnight and meandered its way down towards the harbourside for about a quarter of an hour. We are not sure how it started. We want to speak to the men in the photograph who are possible victims and witnesses to what was, potentially, a very serious incident.
"We are also investigating an incident outside the kebab house near Tesco which we believe might be linked.

"There is a suggestion that a weapon may have been used.
"The CCTV shows what looks like an attack on the man in the centre of this picture. The victim has not come forward to make a complaint.
"Later on, a teenager who we believe might have been involved in this incident is seen on other CCTV images walking around with two huge knives, walking past members of the public who can be seen doing a double-take.
"People may have seen him and quickly walked away but we would like to hear from them. It would be helpful if anyone who saw someone with a knife could contact us."
The juvenile was arrested while carrying the knives on suspicion of affray and later released on police bail. Knives have been seized.
