Celebrating youth facility's fun-packed first birthday
A FUN-PACKED October half-term holiday will end in a fantastic first birthday celebration at Parkfield, Paignton, on Saturday, November 3.
Parkfield is one year old and to celebrate this milestone, everyone is invited to 'experience the extreme' — and the not so extreme — at the Torbay Council-run youth facility.

There will be plenty of indoor and outdoor activities on offer for everyone to try, regardless of their age.
These will include a speed climbing competition on the climbing wall and a performance by the UK BMX Flatland champion Lee Musselwhite.

There will be live music in the evening and all clubs running that day will have a birthday theme.
The first birthday celebration will follow an exciting half-term activity programme.
Indoor climbing will be available every morning, and every afternoon there will be outdoor activities.
These include coasteering, outdoor climbing, kayaking, Bikeability sessions and field craft, when the whole family can learn fire lighting and carving in Parkfield's grounds.
