Councillors welcome Kingskerswell bypass go-ahead
DEVON County Council members today welcomed news of the Government go-ahead for the Kingskerswell bypass.
The news was announced yesterday.
Council leader John Hart told members of the Cabinet this morning: "We have cleared every hurdle now and we can get on with it.
"It's good news for the county council. It's all systems go."
