Anthony Ronald BONSTOW, Sigford, Newton Abbot. Age: 69. Between 01/09/2011 and 07/09/2011 at Sigford, Newton Abbot committed fraud in that he dishonestly made a false representation, namely that he had sought advice from Curtis Solicitors and that a letter had been written by them to him providing a summary of that advice, intending to cause loss to Michelle Jeffs or to expose that person to a risk of loss. Plea: Not Guilty. Remanded on conditional bail until 09/01/2013 to reappear before Torbay Magistrates’ Court.

On 19/03/2012 at Torquay, used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress, thereby, and the offence was racially aggravated. On 01/10/2012 at Torquay failed to comply with a requirement specified in a notice from the Secretary of State in that failed to be of good behaviour not commit any offences and not take any action which would jeopardise the objectives of his supervision namely to protect the public, prevent from re-offending and secure his successful reinsertion into the community. Failed to keep in touch with supervising officer and failed to report to Roebuck House on 01/10/12. Remanded in custody until 09/10/2012 for plea.

On 20/11/2011 at Torquay used towards PC threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause that person to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against him by any person, or to provoke the immediate use of unlawful violence by him whereby that person was likely to believe that such violence would be used, or it was likely that such violence would be provoked.
