At Dartmouth Academy the only way is Ethics...
Dartmouth Academy has seen a 100 per cent A*-C pass rate in its first ever Ethics exams. The exams were taken by a Year 10 group under the tutelage of Steff Morby and Lisa Print - and have seen all the students achieve A*- C grades.
“I’m really proud of my whole class,” said Miss Morby, who joined Dartmouth Academy in September 2011. “We have seen the group grow in confidence and really embrace the subject, so we were confident they would do well when we put them in for modular exams in their Year 10. They have all done so well, I’m incredibly proud of them and they are all brimming with confidence as they go into their final year of GCSEs.”

Polly Bailey, Rebecca Trezise, Isabella Lane, Alysa O’Connor and Emily Hammill all achieved high grades in Ethics and they were over the moon. They all took a number of subjects modularly and achieved great grades, setting them up for next year.
“I’m really pleased – I’ve enjoyed the course so far and I’m looking forward to the new academic year,” said Emily.
