Dartmouth NatWest staff raise hundreds for Rowcroft Hospice
Dartmouth’s Nat West branch has been doing all it can to bring in vital funds for the Rowcroft Hospice.
Led by manager Alison Bostock, the staff team at the Duke Street branch of the bank held a books sale, a raffle, made and sold cakes and even sold Rowcroft Christmas cards to raise the funds.

Mrs Bostock even had help from her daughter, Erica, who worked to sell cakes at the branch on her day off. The whole staff were dedicated in their determination to raise as much as possible for the hospice, which serves the people of South Devon by providing specialist care to patients with progressive, life limiting illnesses.
The hard work by staff and volunteers over a week-long campaign in November resulted in the impressive figure.

The staff handed over a cheque for the amount to Chris Ruddlesden, the chairman of the local Rowcroft Fundraising Committee, in December at the bank in Dartmouth.
Mrs Bostock said: “Staff with the generosity of their customers raised £457.85 for local hospice Rowcroft. The staff wanted to support a local charity in their annual fund raising event and thank all the customers for supporting this wonderful organisation.”
