Diver with head injury rescued by lifeboat crews
A diver suffering a head injury had to be rescued by lifeboat crews off the South Devon coast this morning.
Plymouth’s all-weather lifeboat was called to a dive vessel in Bigbury Bay following reports a diver on board had sustained a head injury.

The lifeboat took the diver ashore, where an ambulance was waiting to provide first aid and take the casualty to hospital for further treatment.
