Diving and cycling into the challenge
SANCTUARY Housing income officer Ian Sharratt has dived in at the deep end and upped his loveLIFE challenge.
Two months after pledging to loveLIFE, Ian now attends his local swimming bath five times a week and he's taking his eleven-year-old pooch, Ruffey, for more walks than ever before.

To top it off, Ian still cycles over 20-miles a week and is now pledging his and Ruffey's miles to the campaign. Over the course of the next six months, Ian is donating an impressive 1,320 miles towards the loveLIFE goal.
Ian said: "After just two months exercising and taking better care of myself, I feel like a new man. My health has really improved and I feel so much fitter – surprisingly, instead of feeling tired, I now have much more energy.
