Dolly breezes in with some foot tapping numbers

HELLO DOLLY arrives on stage next week at Brixham Theatre courtesy of Brixham Operatic and Dramatic Society.

BOADS present this lively show about one of theatre's most charismatic characters, Dolly Levi, a charming Machiavellian widow who "fixes" almost any crisis, but especially those concerned with lonely hearts.

Some great song and dance numbers give the story a foot tapping boost as well as romantic songs such as It Only Takes A Moment as Dolly tries to matchmake for the younger characters in search of love and adventure in New York.

Fun, laughter and some talented dancing is carried along by a plot which by turns is both light hearted and tender. The performances run from Wednesday to Saturday, November 3, at 7.30pm with a matinee at 2.30pm on Saturday, November 3. Box office 01803 850899.
