A NURSERY GROUP is celebrating its second Ofsted success in as many months as another of its Torbay settings has been awarded the top grade of 'Outstanding in all areas'.

Children and staff from Mama Bear's Day Nursery and Pre-school, based on Queen Elizabeth Drive in Paignton, are delighted about their recent Ofsted report, coming just weeks after a similar rating was awarded to their setting on Barewell Road in Torquay.

Mama Bear's Nursery Manager for Queen Elizabeth Drive, Faye Lawlor, is thrilled with this recent result: "We as so proud of the care we provide at our nursery and work very hard to make sure it is of the highest quality! This is the first time we have received an outstanding grade so it is very important to us."

Lynne Bowden, Ofsted Inspector, commented in her report that: "children feel safe and secure, settle quickly and become enthusiastic, confident learners because of the strong caring relationships between children and staff". This announcement comes a year after their other Paignton nursery on South Devon College's Vantage Point campus received the same 'Outstanding' grade.
