Dumper driver found dead

THE coroner has opened an inquest into the death of a labourer at a recycling centre in Dartmouth.

Benjamin Paul Sewell, 31, of Seymour Drive in Dartmouth, was operating a dumper truck at work when colleagues found him collapsed an unresponsive at the side of a rough track.

The dumper truck was on its side further down the track.

It is not known how Mr Sewell became separated from the dumper as the incident was not witnessed.
