European market coincides with Tour of Britain in port
DARTMOUTH town centre will come alive with the tastes, smells and products of continental Europe when the Traditional European Food and Craft Fair rolls into town.
Market organisers said there would be something for everyone during the two-day event which will coincide with the penultimate stage of the Tour of Britain this weekend.

FUNDRAISER: Café Alf Resco will be raising funds to assist ambitious young cycle riders to make a successful career from cycle racing
Thousands of people are expected to visit the historic port on Saturday, enjoy top flight cycling and culinary treats from France, Italy, Spain or Holland.
Organiser Olivier Simonin said: "We have new professional continental market traders from France, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Holland, Poland and many more countries who will be wearing traditional costumes and selling high-quality products."

As well as food there will also be stalls selling handmade soaps and handbags.
Mr Simonin added: "All of the traders will wear traditional local costumes from 100 years ago, as well as decorating their stall to represent the region of the country they come from. The market will really provide visitors with a true flavour of the continent."
Meanwhile, during the weekend Café Alf Resco will be raising funds to assist ambitious young cycle riders to make a successful career from cycle racing on the continent and will hope to bring in the cash for The Dave Rayner fund.
The fundraiser will coincide with the Tour of Britain seventh stage which will finish in the town. Tour de France winner Bradley Wiggins and Sky Team Mark Cavendish will be riding in the event.
