Ex-Torquay United man Darren Moore sacked by Blackburn Rovers
FORMER Torquay United defender Darren Moore has become a casualty of the latest upheaval at Championship club Blackburn Rovers.
First team coach Moore, 38, has been sacked along with manager Michael Appleton, only 15 games and 67 days after Appleton took charge at Ewood Park.
Rovers are now looking for their fourth manager of the season and Moore, who started his career at Plainmoor in 1992 and went on to play for Doncaster, Bradford, Portsmouth, WBA, Derby, Barnsley, Burton and Jamaica, is also out of work.
