FOOTBALL: Moore's strike gives Exmouth Vase victory as Buckland batter Porthleven
The second qualifying round of the FA Carlsberg Vase was a good one for clubs from the Carlsberg South West Peninsula League, as only two of their nine participants went out of the competition.
Pride of place must go to Division One East outfit Exmouth Town, who travelled to Toolstation Western League side Wells City and won 1-0.

Division One West side Porthleven found former Peninsula League outfit Buckland Athletic too strong for them. Matt Dawson's last-minute goal was a consolation in a 7-1 defeat at Homers Heath.
