It is a very varied evening with something for everyone and really shows off the strengths of the company.

"This is not a 'stand in a row and sing' concert," said Iain Douglas of TOADS.
"All the numbers are staged and the company numbers feature much choreography and much humour."
The show will feature items from shows such as Chorus Line, Jesus Christ Superstar, Beauty and the Beast, Les Miserables, Starlight Express and Sweet Charity, but also many items from newer shows such as Rent, Priscilla Queen of the Desert, Shrek, Spamalot, Flashdance, Avenue Q, and to bring everything bang up to date, something from the newest London hits Book of Mormon and Matilda.
"To illustrate the company's great sense of humour, items from the Forbidden Broadway series are also featured," said Iain.
"Forbidden Broadway parodies well known musicals in hilarious style.
"In total, 40 members will be taking to the stage and the average age of this company is about 25 so it is a youthful production featuring some of the best vocal and dance talent in Torbay.
"The fact almost every solo item is sung by someone different, with 26 different soloists, indicates just how much talent lies within the TOADS SMC ranks."
Musical director is John Amery, and choreography is by Victoria Baldwin and Elaine Johnson.
Overall staging and linking is by Iain Douglas.
