"Our effort with Torbay Council has resulted in healthy and appealing menus using only the best available ingredients."

During the stringent examination process, Eden Foodservice was required to meet strict criteria which included:

Freshly preparing at least 75 percent of all dishes on site.

Ensuring meals contain no undesirable food additives, hydrogenated fats or GM ingredients.

Using meat which conforms to UK welfare standards.

Using free range eggs.

The meals are available across the 23 schools at a cost of £2.05 or are free to those who qualify for free school meals.
