THE first crops have been picked for Hannahs Harvest Festival.

Fun-seeking families enjoyed live music, art and craft at the event at Seale-Hayne.

Festival organiser Kari Eilertsen said: "We were really delighted with our festival to celebrate the first harvest of Hannahs Food.

"There was a fantastic family atmosphere with great bands generously giving their time and plenty of wonderful activities producing all sorts of fabulous creations culminating in a bright, loud and festive Harvest Parade."

Youngsters enjoyed workshops to create a colourful festival feast of puppets, music and dancing which culminated in an harvest parade.

There was harvest headdress making, bush beats music, bread making and foraging in the woodland.
