ASHVALE Holiday Park in Paignton is celebrating victory in the 2008 Diamond Hoseasons Awards.

Presented for exceptional quality and outstanding customer service, Ashvale received its award in the Fun, Laughter, Lively and Leisurely category for Devon and Somerset.

Part of Beverley Holidays, Ashvale offers holiday caravan accommodation in Goodrington.

Nicola Furneaux, who attended the annual conference and gala awards ceremony in Skegness, was delighted with the achievement.

"We are absolutely thrilled to receive this recognition, it's a fantastic achievement. We couldn't have done it without all the hard work and enthusiasm of our staff. It's nice to receive such great feedback from our customers."

The award was judged on customers' comments and feedback that Hoseasons received throughout of 2008.

Both the customer satisfaction questionnaires, overall ratings and the year end complaint ratios were combined to provide each park a total score.

Ashvale has linked with Hoseasons for two seasons and is looking forward to working with them again next year.
