Inspiration comes from impressions of Devon
TORBAY Hospital's Gallery is offering a colourful journey from Moor to City from today.
Artist Adam Bunce, now London-based, grew up in Devon and was a student at Coombeshead College, Newton Abbot.

Adam is self-taught and paints a striking vision of England, from the wildness of Dartmoor to gentle London canal scenes.
He has been a professional artist for six years and his work has involved giving art tutorials, workshops and talks, as well as exhibiting.
A spokesman explained: "Adam's vibrant work has largely been inspired by the Devon landscapes in which he grew up.
"His recent move from Exeter to London has led to experimentation with new media and an exploratory relationship with the urban landscape.
"Although glimpses of the man-made now appear, the essence of Adam's work and his inquisitiveness about his environment are evident in all his paintings.
Adam said: "Having lived most of my life in Devon I have a passion for the local landscape, particularly Dartmoor, where I walk to find inspiration for my work."
He has for several years been a relief warden at a camping and training centre on Dartmoor.
His experience of South America and its landscapes includes time spent in 2006 as a volunteer at a home for children living on the streets in Lima, Peru.
He added: "I paint in acrylics, mostly on canvas, as I find the medium to be easily accessible with its quick drying time and ability to be thinned with water. I enjoy building thin layers of paint to retain a smooth surface and draw out the luminosity of the pigment.
"Trees and rock formations, clouds, grasses and waves change and flow in the light and it is these elements of the Earth, the beauty and wonder of the world, that I wish to celebrate in my paintings.
"I have been self-employed as an artist since 2003, and in the past six years I have become increasingly confident in my capacity to produce and exhibit artworks and to present these works and myself as an artist to the wider community."
He has previously exhibited in several Open Studio events, at Buckfast Abbey, the Southwest Academy of Fine and Applied Arts Open Exhibition at the Royal Albert Memorial Museum in Exeter, and the Southwest Contemporary Art Fair at Exeter's Phoenix Arts Centre.
Thirty of his landscape paintings are on display at The Gallery from today for the next six weeks.
