KITSON Hutchings has collected the keys to the firm's new head office as the first stage of the £14million business park at Edginswell is completed.

The law firm's new Torquay premises boast the most up-to-date facilities for both its clients and expanding legal teams. Staff will be moving in over the next few weeks.

Housing fully air-conditioned meeting rooms, client parking directly outside the offices, and space to incorporate further legal specialisms, the move to Edginswell represents a new chapter in the firm's progressive history.

James Cross, joint managing partner, said: "Working from offices that will provide us with the necessary space and up-to-date technology to best serve our clients and make our law firm even more accessible was key to our decision to move here.

"Our imminent move to Minerva House means we can now continue to make realistic plans for our future expansion while remaining in Torbay. We're delighted in just a few weeks we'll be able to welcome our clients into our new head office at Edginswell Business Park."

Kitson Hutchings will spend the next few weeks ensuring the new business facilities at Edginswell are decorated, equipped and finished to the highest specification in readiness for opening the doors of its new head office to clients next month.

Richard May, representative of the Hawkins Trust, added: "This signifies the successful completion of the first phase of commercial development on site. Having already invested more than £14million to create a sustainable working environment that is fit for business and fit for people, it is fantastic to see Kitson Hutchings take occupation of Minerva House."
