Lifeboat couple's appeal for jumble
A GENEROUS couple are appealing for unwanted items to sell to raise money for life saving charity the RNLI.
Roger and Janet Hawkins (pictured), of the Teignmouth RNLI fundraising team, are seeking items to sell on their stall at a jumble sale at Newton Abbot Racecourse on Saturday, September 22.
Roger said: "The boat jumble sale has always been a great fundraising event for us and we hope to find people with boating related items to donate to our cause."
Janet added: "We are desperately low on stock to sell and also need prizes for tombola and raffles.
