Loved ones appeal will aid Torquay's Rowcroft Hospice
ROWCROFT Hospice has launched its annual Light up a Life appeal.
It encourages people to remember a lost loved one by making a donation in their memory. The South Devon hospice stages the appeal every November and December, culminating in 10 Light up a Life services across South Devon.

The services offer an opportunity for people to find comfort in remembering a loved one at Christmas. Everyone is welcome to take part including those not touched by hospice care.
In return for a donation to the appeal, people can request a dedication to their loved ones in a Book of Light and a light on the Tree of Light, at Rowcroft. Last year's appeal raised £37,500 to help fund the work of the hospice, which provides care to over 1,800 terminally ill people each year.

Sarah Morris, inpatient unit and hospice at home manager, said: "It is a privilege to see first hand the difference the care provided by the hospice can make to so many families. By giving your support, you will help to ensure this care can be given to many more families."
