ORGANISERS are gearing up for the annual Imperial Ball to raise funds for Rowcroft Hospice.

And this year Herald Express readers could be in with a chance of winning two tickets to the fundraiser and a luxurious night's stay at the Imperial Hotel.

Last year's ball raised more than £20,000 for the hospice and those behind the event hope it will again prove popular for South Devon revellers.

This year's ball takes place on December 11. The entertainment on the night will include three live bands, three discos and a casino.

Linda Dickinson, one of the organisers, said: "The support and loyalty of each reveller is, as always, greatly appreciated.

"We will also be supported by Coty Prestigé UK, with a complimentary gift for each dinner guest."

Dinner tickets will include a reception drink and gourmet buffet and are priced at £48 per person.

Non-dining tickets also include a reception drink and are £24 per person.

Overnight accommodation with breakfast is available at a special rate to be booked and settled by individuals with the hotel direct.
