Make a difference appeal
TEIGNBRIDGE Community and Voluntary Services want people to get involved in Make a Difference Day, which takes place on Saturday.
The event is a chance for people to take part in the UK's largest day of volunteering.
The group particularly wants to hear from volunteers who can help with web design for Kingsteignton Transition Together and DIY helpers for Animals in Distress.
"This is such a great moment to build on the wonderful celebration of volunteering that has come out of London 2012 and a good way of getting involved locally and making a difference," said Anja Kroening-Maynard, volunteering services coordinator at Teignbridge CVS Volunteer Centre.
