Man extradited from the US to face sex claims
A 61-year-old British man has been extradited from America to face rape charges against teenage girls.
David James appeared from the cells at a Westcountry court to face a total of 11 historic sex allegations against two female victims.

James, who gave his address as Sunshine Rise in Orlando, Florida, has been charged with two rapes, six indecent assaults and three counts of gross indecency against females aged under 14 and 16.
Prosecutor Christopher Bittlestone told Exeter magistrates that the alleged offences are historic and date back to the 1980s and 1990s in Devon.

He revealed that balding and bearded James had been extradited from America, where he had been living for the last ten years.
Defence lawyer Jennifer Stetson made no bail application and James was sent to Exeter Crown Court in custody. He will appear there later this month. She said her client would be denying the allegations.
