Man sought after painting worth thousands stolen in Torquay
Police in Torquay have issued an image of a man they wish to trace in connection with a high value deception in the bay.
The man is described as being in his late 20’s to early 30’s and of slim build. He had short dark hair and wore a navy blue brimmed hat, large waterproof coat, a white football shirt and dark shorts. He spoke with a Liverpool accent.

Police in Torquay have issued an image of a man they wish to trace in connection with a high value deception in the bay.
The man collected a painting valued at almost £6000 from a gallery in the town on 26 October 2012. The painting had been bought using a fraudulent credit card.
The painting is of the Moulin Rouge in Paris.
