Man stroked teen's thigh
A MAN who stroked a stranger's thigh on the top deck of a double-decker bus has been handed a community order.
Brian Earnshaw, 59, pleaded guilty to the sexual assault of the 18-year old man on a bus en route to Brixham on April 9, 2012.
He was given a community order with supervision for six months, was ordered to pay the victim £50 compensation and £35 towards costs.
The court heard Earnshaw approached the man, said to be a vulnerable adult, after three other passengers got off the bus. He put his hand on the man's thigh and began stroking it before the victim managed to get away and alerted the bus driver.
