Marketing men get to work on 'prime site'
NEW images of Torquay's £30million Edginswell business park have been revealed as part of a fresh marketing drive.
The computer-generated drawings give a further insight into the scale of the ambitious project which is currently taking shape on the edge of town.

They are contained in a glossy brochure designed to attract new occupiers to the site.
Richard May, project manager, said: "We haven't done much marketing up until this point as most of it has been done by word of mouth.
"But we want to get as many people interested as we can. We have been talking to a number of potential occupiers.
"At the moment I would say we have 50 per cent occupancies of the offices.
"We are being asked by potential occupiers to show how and where their businesses can be accommodated on site and there is no shortage of interest from within Torbay and further afield."
It follows a recent stone-laying ceremony attended by law firm Kitson Hutchings and accountants Francis Clark — both have confirmed they are moving to the business park.
Developers have also confirmed negotiations with Costa Coffee, although nothing has been agreed.
Mr May said: "We have now got completion times on various buildings and detailed planning in place for most of the site.
"The next phase of the planning will involve four or five houses to be built on the edge of the site."
Supporters of the 15-acre business park say it is vital to the future economic prosperity of Torquay.
Opponents, including many residents, say the size and scale of the park is too large.
The brochure says accommodation is available from individual office suites of 1,000 sq ft to bespoke buildings of 15,000 sq ft. They are available to buy or lease.
It says: "Edginswell Park is destined to become the prime commercial location in Torbay and one of the most attractive and sustainable business environments in the South West."
