Mitch Tonks launches silver service on train route

HERALD Express columnist Mitch Tonks (pictured) has launched a new, locally-sourced menu on the UK's only remaining silver service train restaurant.

Mitch has worked hand-in-hand with First Great Western to deliver a menu with a truly West Country origin.

Mitch said: "Living in Devon I am surrounded by some of the best ingredients in the world and I am committed to supporting seasonal food in the South West.

"Developing this menu with First Great Western and our west country suppliers has been great fun and a privilege.
