TORBAY AC'S Pete Monaghan finished a creditable third at the 25th Wellington Monument Hill race in the Blackdown Hills. Monaghan got around in 36.12 to finish third overall and first M40. The race started from Hemyock Village square and took the 200 runners along a six-miles course up to Wellington Monument and back. Torbay's (44.48) finished 28th and clubmate Ray Brown was 61st and first V60 in 50.30.
