The asking price of a top North Devon hotel and country club has been slashed by £90,000, in response to what its marketing agents have described as "difficult trading conditions" in the hotel sector market. Highbullen Hotel & Country Club in Chittlehamholt, near Umberleigh, was offered an initial asking price of £3.75 million in March. It is now being 'relaunched' on behalf the vendor by joint agents Savills and Knight Frank at a guide price of £2.85 million.
