Overturned lorry blocks A38
TRAFFIC came to a standstill on the main route through Devon this morning.
Queues built up on the Plymouth-bound carriageway of the A38 just after 7am after a lorry overturned near Marley Head.

Recovery work was continuing, but traffic was still heavy at 9.30am.
