Pensioner injured in Newton Abbot collision dies
AN 86-YEAR-OLD man who was left critically injured after being struck by a car at Newton Abbot more than a week ago has died.
The pedestrian died as a result of his injuries. Police have not yet released his name.

The accident happened on November 17.
Police received a call shortly before 5.25pm to say a red Mazda 626 had been in collision with a pedestrian between Churchills Roundabout and the Stover Vauxhall dealer at a private house called Whitehall Lodge.

The man was taken to Derriford Hospital in Plymouth.
The driver of the car, a 46 year old woman from Bovey Tracey suffered no physical injuries.
