Plainmoor groundsman stands down
TORQUAY United are looking for a new head groundsman after Scott Duff was forced to stand down for health reasons.
Duff, from Newton Abbot, has spent much of the past summer in hospital, undergoing a second round of surgery for a persistent stomach problem.
It had been hoped that he would be able to return to work this season, but the club has now announced that he is leaving on medical grounds.
It brings to an end Duff's second three-year spell in charge of the Plainmoor pitch and United's training areas.
