Police seek two after Paignton and Kingsbridge incidents
POLICE have released an image of one of two men they want to speak to in connection with incidents in Paignton, Kingsbridge and other locations across Devon and Cornwall between March and October 2012.
They have been seen in various supermarkets where they will approach the cashier and buy a small value item.

They then engage the cashier in a conversation about their change and convince the shopkeeper to give them more than they are entitled to.
So far, 10 offences have been reported in the Liskeard, Paignton, Kingsbridge, Saltash, Callington, Tavistock and Penryn areas.

One suspect is in his mid twenties, 6ft tall and of slim build. He has short, dark cropped hair with a beard and moustache and was wearing a white T shirt and black shorts. His accent is described as Northern.
The second man has short black hair and was wearing a T shirt, showing a tattoo on his right arm.
