The spokesman said James Thompson, 33, who was living at Totnes Road but is from the Liverpool area, has been charged with possession with intent to supply class A drugs and was due to appear at South Devon Magistrates’ Court this morning.

A 38-year-old man from Totnes Road, Paignton and an 18-year-old woman from Queen Elizabeth Drive, Paignton have both been given police bail for conspiracy to supply heroin until December 10 while police carry out further enquiries.
