'Pure' investment by South East company
BETTESWORTHS are delighted to announce the recent letting of one of Torbay's best known nightclubs.
The former 'Pure' nightclub on Victoria Parade has been let to Inova Leisure Ltd who have taken a nine year lease on the premises at an undisclosed rent. The deal was brokered by Matt Bettesworth of Bettesworths on behalf of the Landlord with the assistance of managing agent Matthew Higgs of Michelmore Hughes.
The club has had a colourful history as a popular nightspot under many different names and guises over the decades and has always benefited from its prime position on the Harbourside.
The premises has been closed since 2011 although had a substantial refurbishment not long before this.

New owners Inova Leisure intend to re-open the club shortly following further improvement and refurbishment work and the operation will be branded as Bed Bar in line with their two other clubs in Reading and Woking.
Inova Leisure intend to create a stylish venue offering a selection of top quality drinks, including th.ir renowned cocktails, all at normal pub prices.
The venue will incorporate a dance and performance area equipped with the latest sound and lighting systems.
