Rail problems continue after Teignmouth landslip
RAIL services in and out of South Devon faced more disruption after another landslip at Teignmouth early on Christmas Eve.
Travellers on the move for Christmas and the New Year were facing long delays and coach services replacing trains on the affected lines.

The fresh landslip happened near Parsons Tunnel at Teignmouth at 5am on Christmas Eve, in the same location as other landslips brought tonnes of mud and rocks down earlier this month.
The up line towards Exeter was blocked while the down line towards Newton Abbot was available for single line working with two trains per hour.
