Rob King, secretary of the Military Vehicle Trust in Devon, said "Friday night's rain put paid to any plans we had so we threw them right out the window and made the best of what we had – bags of spirit, a fantastic club membership and a really good venue."
Visitors braved the soggy conditions under foot to view the trust's displays which were supported by Second World War living history groups portraying British, American and German units.
