Over 40 viewings on the second property took place prior to the event, which saw around 20 interested parties in the room. With a guide price of £120,000, 11 Denbury Road in Newton Abbot was sold under the hammer under the traditional auction rules, at £135,000 - 12.5% and £15,000 over the guide.
