HARVEST Festival celebrations have taken place at St Paul de Leon Church in Staverton.

Prep 6 led the service with readings about the origins of the harvest celebrations.

The choir performed All Things Bright and Beautiful and the lower school re-enacted the story of the Little Red Hen.

All the children brought a harvest gift, which were sold at the end of the service, raising a fantastic £320.

These proceeds are donated to the Kanyike Project in Uganda, which has been supported by St Christopher's for the last 15 years.

Marion Gray, a representative from the project, came back to school and updated children on how their efforts are helping the children in Uganda.
